What is the disclaimer for this site?
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.
What this means in practice
Dumpster Porta Potty USA is a referral service. We connect you with independent local providers, and the rental agreement is between you and that provider. We do not perform the work, we do not supervise it, and we cannot warrant or guarantee it.
Verifying that a contractor holds the licence and insurance required for the work is the homeowner's responsibility. It is a reasonable thing to ask for before any work starts, and a legitimate provider will have no difficulty supplying it.
About the photographs on this site
All persons depicted in a photo or video on this site are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site. No image should be taken as showing a specific provider, a specific job or a specific result.
About prices and figures
Every price range published here is general guidance compiled from published provider rate sheets, not a quote. Container dimensions are approximate and vary by manufacturer. Weight allowances vary by provider. Your provider quotes the exact price, including any weight, mileage or permit fees, before booking.
About regulatory references
References to OSHA, ADA and EPA material are summaries provided for orientation, with links to the primary source. They are not legal advice. Where compliance matters, consult the standard itself or a qualified professional.
No reviews or ratings
This site publishes no reviews, testimonials, star ratings or review counts, and carries no review structured data. We are not in a position to verify a review of an independent provider, so we do not present any.
