What exactly does this site do?
We are a free referral service. When you call 1-833-520-0680 , we take your ZIP code and a description of the job, then connect you with an independent local provider who services your area. That provider owns the equipment, sets the price and handles delivery, servicing and collection. We never touch your debris and we never set your price.
What happens when you call?
You tell us the ZIP and the job
The ZIP code, what you are getting rid of or how many people need restrooms, and the dates. There is no form and no obligation.
We connect you with a local provider
We match the job to an independent provider that services your area and handles the material or unit type you need.
The provider confirms the price
They quote the exact total, including any weight, mileage or permit fees, then schedule the delivery and the collection with you directly.
Who actually delivers the container or the units?
An independent local provider. They are a separate business from us, they own their trucks and equipment, and they are responsible for the service they deliver. We do not employ them and we do not supervise their work.
That is also why we cannot warrant or guarantee the work. Free referral service. Your call connects you with an independent local provider. It is worth confirming with any contractor that they hold the licence and insurance appropriate to the job, which is the homeowner's responsibility rather than ours.
How are you paid if calling is free?
We may be compensated by providers or partners when you call. That is the whole business model, and it is worth being plain about it.
What it does not do is change your price. The provider quotes you directly, based on the container size or unit count, the local disposal rates and the distance from their yard. We have no role in setting that figure and take nothing from it.
Why is there no online booking?
Because sizing a container or a restroom order properly needs a conversation. The two things that cause problems on these jobs, the weight allowance and the site access, are exactly the things a form handles badly.
A five minute call establishes what the debris actually is, whether the truck can reach the drop spot, and whether a permit is needed. That is why calls are the only way we work.
What are your hours?
Mon to Sat 7 am to 7 pm CT, Sun 7 am to noon CT. We are not an around the clock service, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. If you call outside those hours, call back when lines open and we will connect you.
