The contract for any rental is between you and that provider, and the information on this site is general guidance rather than a quote.
What our service is
We operate a referral service. When you call, we connect you with an independent rental provider that services your area. We do not own trucks, containers or restroom units, we do not perform the service, and we do not employ or supervise the providers in our network.
Calling us is free. We may be compensated by providers or partners when you call, which does not affect the price you are quoted.
Who you contract with
The rental agreement is between you and the provider. They set the price, the rental period, the weight allowance, the servicing schedule and the terms of service. Any dispute about delivery, pricing, damage, servicing or collection is between you and that provider.
We are happy to be told when something has gone wrong, because it affects who stays in the network, but we are not a party to your agreement and cannot resolve a contractual dispute on your behalf.
