How do I rent a porta potty in Boise, ID?

Standard units handle most Boise work. Deluxe flushable units, which have a foot flush and an internal sink, are the usual step up for weddings and corporate events where guests will use them.

All 28 Boise ZIP codes sit inside the service area. Units can be placed almost anywhere on a site as long as the service truck can get within roughly 25 feet.
Providers deliver to 28 ZIP codes across Boise in Ada County, from 83701 through to 83799. Sites in Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Pocatello are served from the same routes.

Job sites follow OSHA. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires 1 unit for up to 20 workers, then 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 to 199 workers, and 1 per 50 workers at 200 or more. Hand washing has to be available where the work involves contaminants.
Treat the OSHA number as the point below which you are non compliant, not the number to order. Comfortable and compliant are different thresholds, and crews notice the difference by midweek.
Multi day events in Boise are serviced nightly between sessions. That is standard practice on festivals rather than an upgrade you have to negotiate.
Where should units go on a Boise site?
For Boise job sites, put the unit near the site entrance rather than deep in the work area. It keeps the service truck off the active site and shortens the walk for the crew.
Footprint is rarely the constraint; truck access is. A unit fits almost anywhere, but a unit the service truck cannot reach generates a charge on every scheduled visit.
Wind tips unsecured units, particularly when they are nearly empty. On exposed Boise sites they should be staked, or strapped where the ground cannot take a stake.
Book as early as the date allows. Peak wedding and festival weekends in Ada County go months ahead, particularly for trailers and ADA units.

Boise porta potty questions
What happens in freezing weather?
Providers add antifreeze to the holding tank and may adjust the servicing schedule. Keep a cleared path so the service truck can still reach the unit.
How much is a porta potty for one day in Boise?
A standard unit for a one day event typically runs $150 to $275 delivered and collected. Flushable deluxe units cost more, and trailers are priced per day in the hundreds to low thousands.
Are the units cleaned before delivery?
Yes. Units are cleaned, restocked and deodorised at the yard before they go out, so the first use is on a fresh unit.
Do you provide units for Ada County public events?
Yes. Public events usually need at least one ADA accessible unit, and the local authority may specify counts and placement as part of the event permit.
What is included in a service visit?
The tank is pumped, the unit is washed down, the paper is restocked and deodoriser is added. Any damage is noted and reported.
